Kodak Camera?

I just get a new Kodak Easy Share Camera [M833].
So i enjoy this adapter that plugs into the computer that charges it. Well its been pluged contained by for about 3 hours and hasnt charged any. I also get this cd that i guess you install. But when i put it in to the drive. A message comes up that say " To install or Uninstall the software, you must have Adminstration Privleges[9x38x0x]"
What does this expect??
How can i get it to charge??

Answers:    The admin statement means that the computer is not yours and you will hold to have the owner install the programs for you. Or you freshly have to click on verbs and follow the instructions.

The first time you charge a battery may lug a long time. Just be patient
