Answers:    It depends on the resolution you transport them at. On my camera a Sony Cybershot DSC-T1 using a 32MB(the smallest on I have and my camera doesn't own internal memory) card I can take 192 pictures at VGA resolution which is 640x480(not adjectives to big isn't it that number 640x480 is screen size resembling on your monitor), 50 at 1 mega-pixel(actually its about 1.2 but they round and it is more or less 1280x1024), 20 at 3 mega-pixels, and 12 at 5 mega-pixels. Your camera should hold about 300 at VGA, 75-ish at 1 mega-pixel, 35-ish at 3 mega-pixels and probably 15-20 at 5 mega-pixels.
It depends how frequent megapixels you have your camera set at. The more megapixels, the larger the files are.

It should merely costs about $20 for a 2GB card at a Circuit City or Best Buy.

Check out this trellis site. If you scroll, you will see a table that shows how many pictures will fit at a specific megapixel and size of memory card.

Let's read aloud you have a 5 megapixel camera. You can nick about 31 pictures on 54MB. You can lower the megapixel setting on your camera to 2MP and gain 62 pictures on 54MB.

Not sure of the number of megapixels this camera has, but if you look at the chart contained by the above link, it will hand over you a good opinion. Between 12 and 15 at the highest resolution- but you could rob more if you shoot at a lower quality setting. You could fire bad some shots before paw and get a polite idea and next delete them. Best advice- stop off on your channel and get a card- they are undeniably cheap enough. Just craft sure you get the correct one for your camera- probably an xD card.
surrounded by depends on how large is the picture you required.
you can adjust the picture size to 1.3Megapixel..A minimum of 500KB/pic. so most likely (54MB/0.5MB) = no. of pics you can store..

get it..
With 54MB, you can shoot up to 6000+ photos at 640x480, but on higher megapixels(how does Fuji count it anyway?), this integer decreases by a third or a partially. Say if you at 7 megapixels, the number of pictures you can shoot at that resolution would be some 60.
