How do I return with a video from a digital camera to my computer?

My sister has two video on her digital camera (it's a Canon PowerShot A550) the first one is 5 seconds long and the other one is nearly five minutes long. She got the first one up but the second one she can't. She doesn't know what she did to get hold of the first video up. So she would like to know how to acquire the second video up.

Answers:    Just use your computer skills and use the file superior to "see" your memory card as a removable drive. Then just copy the video files from the card to your computer.
When you down nouns your canon 550, the pics download to a dated file. The pics and video download to the same directory, the pics are jpg files and the movies are mvi files. Just click on your mvi file and window media player should widen and you can see it.
