I absolutely love mine, It blows the pant off the 18-55 tackle lens for sharpness and saturation and has a much better warranty than other lenses. It really depends on what you want to shoot. If you want to shoot landscapes, next a wide angle lens will be what you want. I own a 19-35mm and a 28-135mm (which is my favorite). For portraits you will want a lens like a 70-300mm. This will see you to blurr the background down your subject making them "pop". If you want to shoot sports you will need a "fast" lens. Something next to an aperture faster than f/3.5 and as long(high magnification) as you can afford. There are so many lenses out here that knowing what you intend to shoot will be the deciding factor.

depending what you want to do really, a correct all rounder is the 70-300mm or the 18-200mm but it really depends what u want it for..
