I have need of minister to next to my camera! ASAP!?

I have the finepix a360 camera by fujii.
When i plug it up to the computer to downlode pictures,
the navigation box will pop up on the blind but wont have anything surrounded by it.
I found a diff. way to try to uplode it but when it tryed to uplode
the pictures..
it said that the camera be in use
What does this suggest!
Some one please help me asap!

Answers:    Restart your computer and re-install this software adjectives over again, from the beginning.
mayb its on ratehr than liek standby....dunno
