What topical digital camera should i buy?

I have a digital camera but it be like a cheap walmart one for approaching 80 bucks, i want a nice one (not like super nice similar to 500 bucks), something that takes awesome pictures, and mini video with nouns, and maybe a spare one..anyone have any planning?
