Best cheap digital camrea for the price?

i want a cool new digital camrea thats no more than 200 dollars. i want it to hve really cool features, while also have good picture level.

Answers:    Get the Canon A570 IS. Right immediately, it costs about $180.

Notable features are:

*4x Optical Zoom (a bit better than average)
*Easy to use controls
*Optical Image Stablization (no more blurry pictures)
*Uses AA bateries

It take very dutiful pictures, has satisfactory zoom for most people, and you wouldn't enjoy to worry just about your hand moving at the ultimate second. I recommend using rechargable NiMH or disposable Lithium batteries beside this camera.
