You can also transport your adapter to Walmart or Walgreens and see if their machine will read the device. If they are stored on your phone after you may want to reformat your memory card and then copy or move the pictures from your phone to the card. You could enjoy a corruption on the memory card itself and by reformating you would more than likely know how to rid of the problem. If your pictures are on the card then you do not want to format because you will erase your pictures. If you can verbs the pictures to your phone then do that, later format the card and then verbs the pictures back.
