Answers: it looks similar to those photos have poor lighting. I can categorically tell that no flash be taken in those photos. You really should nick some out in bright sun and see how the similes turn out. But camera shake seems to be the culprit along next to the poor lighting conditions.
i just looked at them again and saw the long exposure times (.625 second - 1.0 seconds). The camera used a 100 ISO and the correct shutter speed for the exposure, but your hands be not steady enough to create a clear similes. No one's hands can be that steady for those period of time.
Are you shooting on auto? Are they blurred both inside and outside in daylight? Are you using the flash inside? Are you taking time to consent to the camera focus and then complete taking the picture beforehand you move? This is a case where on earth reading the owner's manual might be of great benefit. Post more details and maybe a sample so we might minister to.
EDIT: OK, I just checked out your sample. The three you posted do seem to be suffering from camera shake. I thought the flash be not going off, and surrounded by the first two I don't believe it did fire, but on the third one there is evidence that the flash did indeed fire. I am not familiarized with your camera, but do you own a setting called "slow-synch", or it might be an statue with a soul with a moon astern them. It might be called "Nightime" contained by the menu. You may need the owner's encyclopaedia to search for the mode settings. That setting picks a slow shutter speed but still allows the flash to fire. It is used to takeover some background detail contained by darker situations while lighting the personality in the foreground. It works biddable for its intended purpose, but you have to hold the camera vastly steady. Check this and make sure it's not special. It would cause motion blur outdoors, too, because of the slow shutter speed.

Depends on what is causing the blur..
1) Out of focus. Make sure when you press the shutter button partially way down that the camera is focusing on your crucial subject.
2) Camera shake. If you use too slow of a shutter speed you can get blurry imagery from camera movement. Use faster shutter speeds. You'll probably need to increase the ISO. Also try the sports/action setting. Or use flash when you're close adequate to your subject.
3) Subject movement. If your subject is moving around while you are shooting, this can also cause blur. Try the sports/action setting. If that's not ample bump up the ISO. Flash can also help freeze behaviour.
4) Shallow depth of field. This shouldn't really be an issue next to compact camera's. But if only section of your subject is in focus and the rest is blurry, this can be from shallow DOF. Try the reform setting.
