Any one hour minilab within any drugstore will be able to do that for you. There is also a device call a "picker" that will let you retrieve the chief officer. You can use a piece of tape but it take time and frustration. Just run to the nearest 1-hour lab and ask them to do it, it will take something like 5 seconds.
