Can I switch a memory card between two different cameras?
And a mom of a friend of mine has another camera, it's a up to date one, I don't know the make or model, but I be curious as to whether or not I could take the memory card contained by mine (which is a standard mem. card that I got when I get my camera, 512 mb) and put it in the friend's camera and own everything still work.
Answers: As long as the cards are the same size(physical size not memory size), you can use them between anything device you want. They can be different brands as all right, but they need to be one and the same shape and size. Each camera might use the memory at different speeds(ie. one camera can take 300 pics beside it but the other might take 325 next to it), but it will still work.
