Which is the best camera for getting subject focussed and other against objects blurred ?
Answers: Your Canon should do a great chore of taking the pictures you're asking about. Just set the dial for "A" (aperture priority) and turn the dial so you procure the widest possible f/stop. That would be the one with the adjectives number, such as 2.8, 4.5, etc, dependent on the lens you have mounted.
Then, the camera and lens will just focus on a very shallow nouns (your subject) and leave the rest surrounded by a creative blur. Hint, if your chosen subject isn't in the center of the picture, prefocus first by aiming at your subject, press to a certain extent down on the shutter button (locks focus), then move the scenery to the final compostion you want.
For panoramics, you'll need any a very wide-ranging angle lens, or you can use a tripod and take several overlapping photos. Then you can use photo editing software to "stitch" your descriptions together.

I hope this helps.
All of the primary brands are good. Choose a brand that appeals to you. Then you enjoy to think nearly getting a spare battery, what size memory card, if you want an extended warranty, how much you can afford, what size zoom, if you want brochure controls, the size of the camera, finding a reliable place to purchase it, and the list go on and on and on.......
The first thing to realize is that almost any digital camera will pocket good pictures. If more culture would read the manual more than once, they would know how to take better pictures. Usually, the entity assumes it is the camera when it could be them not knowing exactly what to do. Just give yourself more photographic skill by doing more reading on the internet.
I really believe buying a camera is an individual choice.
The person wants to read alot of reviews on cameras so they can decide on the features that they really want and involve.
Go to the store and hold them so you can see if they feel comfortable within your hands. If possible, transport some pictures in the store to check the level of the pictures.
I can only supply a suggestion of what to look for in a investigational digital camera.
