I would like some suggestions for digital cameras or webcams that produce excellent standard videos but are somewhat low surrounded by cost. I used to have a 5.0 MP Canon Powershot that took vids underneath 3 minutes but I'm looking for something else. So which would be better, a webcam or a digital camera? Then...are there any suggestions as to a infallible camera (i.e Kodak (something) or Canon (something), or Minolta, etc)

that camera has a youtube mode where on earth you make video and they are the size for youtube so they come out really good!
i enjoy a different exilim thats awesome, but that one looks cool!
i have a 5mp canon powershot too but unlike yours, it can whip videos for more than 3mins (mine is an a530)! webcam and camera both work all right when you upload them in youtube though. i use both =)
