Can I use canon photographic lens on Canon XL2 ?

I have Canon XL2 professional video camera and i hear that there i a converter piece that I can use it to but the lens of Canon photographic camera on the video camera ?

My cross-examine is
what's the name of that convector and where on earth can I find it

Note that on some lenses the auto focus doesn't function.
