Transferring photos?

I'm thinking of getting a new camera. I'm still going to use my ripened one though, and the software that came beside it. My question is this- when you install the contemporary software for your camera and transfer photos does the software automatically detect this? Will conflicts go off when using two different cameras/softwares on your PC?

Answers:    You should receive no problems at all near different software for different cameras.
If you have two cameras from indistinguishable company that are two different models, usually you'll find that the same software will work beside both. The software is kind of similar to a software driver that works specifically for that make of camera so two differently manufactured cameras from separate companies will use adjectives settings when being setup to work on window.
I think when you travel to your photo gallery and select import files both cameras will come up as an selection to import from and you only choose the one you want to use.
