After delete pictures stale a memory chip from a digital camera, are the infirm picture still "on there"?

there is a court valise pending against my husband and he know i have "evidence" against him (pictures) he's bee n trying to achieve the camera back - technically its his - and i've delete the pics off the memory chip - but are pictures still "on" the chip? a moment ago asking as i know that like on a computer everything is still "there" even though have been delete. help! please.


Answers:    A more sure method is to buy a latest flash card and destroy the old-fashioned one.

Yes, with the right software they would be capable of undelete pictures. Depends on how full the card was and if it have been used to overwrite pictures afterwards but if they know what they are doing it is possible to achieve old pictures of a delete card.
