Panasonic DMC-FX100 compare next to Ricoh GX100?

Any professional here? I have a doubt.
I want to know give or take a few the comparison of both cam on
1//White balance function
2/ Color different adjustment
3/ And which is better on "almost practical to real subject's color tone"
please dispense more pros and cons

If you look in the Ricoh column you will see a contact to an in-depth review of that model. Unfortunately they did not review the Panasonic but just looking at the two columns side-by-side you should achieve a good hypothesis of how the two stack up against one another.

At a brief glance here's my cart:
The Panasonic wins on megapixels - 12 vs 10
The Panasonic win on Price - $350 vs $550
The Ricoh wins on wide-ranging angle lens - 24 vs 28 (not much but if you take lots of photos indoors of voluminous groups, every little bit helps.)
The Panasonic win on telephoto lens - 100 vs 72 (Again, not a huge difference but if you take outdoor shots at great distance later every little bit helps.)
The Ricoh win on close focus - 30cm vs 50cm
The Ricoh wins on slow shutter speed - 180 second vs 8 seconds
The Panasonic is lighter, not sure if that's an power or not. Sometimes a slightly heavy camera is easier to hold steady.
