What would you choose?
The camera requirements to be within the $125-$190 price breadth
It has to be capable of be purchased at Wal-mart unfortunately
I want it to be somewhat compact.
I want it to take devout pictures and great videos beside good nouns quality.
I also really close to the ones with the "facade detection technology"
I just want to know what you guys would buy if you be in my shoes and why?

Compact, nice looking. But the Canon A570 IS is a better choice, single not as compact. The Canon A560 is good, but have no image stabilization.
You can't enjoy everything in a small pack.
In your shoes, I'd get the A570 IS. However, if I be a teen girl, I'd get the Fujifilm because it's small and red.
First of adjectives, have you see the A560 in personality? It's not horribly big...
If you can go to $229 (WalMart price), you can capture the Canon SD1000 which has adjectives of the features on your wish roll, including being "reasonably compact." In fact, I don't know of a more compact digital camera at the moment. There might BE one, but I newly don't know about it. This camera is tiny.
That's what I would buy if I be in your shoes.
You can be in motion to Flickr and see about a million and a partially images made beside the SD1000, but just look at this one...

Maybe you enjoy gift certificate to use or something, but you can get the SD1000 for $20 cheaper at B&H Photo, which is available through Yahoo! Shopping. MANY of us buy within all the time.
Go for the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50. It's give or take a few $180 and it's an excellent camera. You're not going to find a camera this good for the price.
