Can I use a "Wireless Remote" for a Sony a100?

There's a so-called wireless shutter remote for the Sony a100, and it claims that it's compatible with the sony a100. It uses infrared and the signal can be picked up to 10m.

Does the Sony a100 hold a receiver for the remote? Because I've checked on Sony's trimmings site and they've only get the wired remote (also pretty expensive) and the User's Guide didn't say anything almost a wireless remote.

Answers:    Sony does not have an approved wireless remote - but there are 3rd event wireless remotes that will work with the A100.
