My first camera was the Canon SD350 surrounded by 2004 and it accidently dropped into the ocean surrounded by 2006. I then bought my second camera, which be the Canon SD600. I've used the camera for a litte more than a year and it recently broke. The lens of the camera won't travel back within and is stuck. I've tried resetting and even took it to the place to get it fixed, but they said I entail a new motor. The motor costed $150 to fix, so I preferred to purchase a brand new camera. I'm scared to buy another Canon camera because of adjectives the bad incidents that happen with my Canon camera, but I do love how the Canon camera looks and works. I am so used to the Canon camera that I don't really want to amendment, unless I know it is better. So what new camera should I buy very soon? Thank you for helping me ahead of time and I hope my new camera will ultimate at least 5 years. I do not longing to continuously purchase cameras.

My brother and me both have this camera. It is unproblematic to use, takes nice pictures, and have lots of different effects ( well the one I use is digital Macro).
I might not reccomend it for a photographer, they may want something more expensive beside a higher lens zoom. But if you lately want a good camera for special occasion or just every hours of daylight, this a a great camera!
Mine was for a while less next 200 dollars and has 7.1 megapixels.
