I hold a shomi digital photo frame. how do i store the pictures onto it so i don't enjoy to keep hold of the chip surrounded by it?

it's the white, 7 inch frame. i also just want to gather certain pictures, not every one on the chip. i lost the instruction instruction book while cleaning up after christmas. any help would be appreciated! thank you!

Answers:    Don't bother trying to hook this up to your computer. I call the customer service number in the worthless book that come with my picture frame and it is also the shomi 7" white one. This frame can simply be used hooked to your digital camera or with the memory card from your camera. It isn't made to be hooked to the computer, according to the rep I talk to. My frame is going back, if I can't use the 1000's of pictures I already enjoy it doesn't do me any good.
When you connect to the computer beside USB you will see two new drives pop up. One will be the SD card and the other the internal memory.
