I just get a new HP Photosmart R742 and I've taken some pictures, and installed Photosmart software, but when I try to upload photos on Photosmart, it cannot find any and the simply thing that appears are some taste pictures it came beside. Help!
Answers: Have you checked your memory card is installed correctly and that photographs are appearing on the cameras display in playback mode?
