Memory cards for digital cameras?

When you delete pics off of a digital camera, does that free up space on a memory card? Or is the memory still used up?

Answers:    That is the unharmed idea of digital cameras ... not a soul pointed that out to you ... did they mention you need some advanced computer skills too?

You use the card and next you put all the descriptions on your computer and then format the card using your cameras format phase to refresh the card.

Just buy a couple of 1 or 2GB cards (they cost around $15 to $25 respective). Memory cards are designed to last several, many years when you format your card after respectively use (after you move the photos that is).
when u delete it's permanently bad da mpemory card but it's not used up
