What is the difference between numerical and digital cameras? Are they alike?

Answers:    In French, "digital" is translated to "numerique", which literally means numeric.

"numerical" is an indecorous word to use for digital technology in English, but my guess is that that is to say what is meant.
Do you tight-fisted analog and digital?

Analog is film.
Analog is a lame permanent status to describe a film camera, and seem to have come into use one and only in the later couple of years. I have no theory what a numerical camera might be. Never heard that one in the past.
