Camera Help: What should I draw from?

I bought a Sony Cybershot DSC-T70 and I really like it, but it doesn't reasonably do what I want it to. I'd like a camera where on earth I can change the shutter speed so I can transport those wonderful pictures in night settings that show all of the path of light. And I'd also close to a camera that can do panoramic photos. What's a camera that can do both of these? The price range would be up to $300, possibly over but the Cybershot really ate a hole within my wallet.

Answers:    I don't know what stores would have it and I consider the price is all over the map on this camera, but the Canon PowerShot A630 is a fine camera and would tolerate you do aperture/shutter priority and work each one independently of respectively other(fully manual shutter aperture).
The other camera that let's you do same entity is Canon PowerShot A570 IS. It also has doll stabilizer and runs between $150-$170- I don't know anything about see settings for these cameras.
then catch a nother one duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
