I enjoy a digital slr and I want to purchase one and single one lens which one?

Canon is the brand and money is not an issue but I only want one lens

if you individual want one lens and money is not an issue, sell your Canon, buy a Nikon and buy the 18-200 VR lens.

Canon doesnt own a "do all" lens, and quite frankly, a "do all" lens defaeats the purpose of an SLR.
The standard 18mmX55mm is okay. I also enjoy a 75mmX300mm and those 2 lenses do everything I need beside a Digital Rebel.
