Iv downloaded the hardware off the website and still wont when i start my laptop or hook the camera into the USB port it picks it up but says couldnt find software, in good health my D: wont pick up anything either, what can I do to take ehis camera to work

Answers:    Just buy a card reader and use it to copy your images over to the computer ... it is not your computer by the instrument. It is the software that came near your camera .. this happens more regularly than it should.
It's a good sign that the USB is time-honoured by the computer. You need a software explicitly compatible with your PC(Windows version) and is competent to open the pic files from your camera. Based on your details, the issue is not the camera. When you bought the camera, did it come near a photo editing/album software?

What type/brand of digital camera do you have? Generally, digital cameras today enjoy memory cards, and do not connect via USB.
