I don't know in the order of this camera, but on some digital cameras it shows up on the viewfinder (screen) in the menu option. It should look like a short time clock icon. Just press the menu or display switch and it should come up on the blind and be selectable.
Wait...I just found a picture of the wager on of your camera. The self timer that you are looking for is on the right side of the round "menu" button.
If you have the encyclopaedia, just look surrounded by the contents under "self timer".

The timer is on the right side of the wheel (with the menu within the middle) on the back of the camera. Press the helm (circular button) on the right side and follow the instructions on the LCD screen.
