My Casio EX-Z120 camera lens got stuck in the out position and won't turn on. Anyone have a clue?

The on/off sound also is made when i press the power button, but nothing happens and it stays off. It sounds like some motor is running inside the camera for a second, but it stops after a second or so.

Sounds like your lens is messed up!! you can either change the lens (by buying another camera with messed up LCD on EBAY) or you can sell your own camera and buy a new one!!
