Answers: Turn power off & remove battery, turn camera from picture mode to view pic mode and hang around 30 seconds, Re-Install battery and hit hard reset button next to power off, turn to pic mode dawdle 30 seconds, turn power on and Hit Hard reset button again, reset time date, theory test see if it works...
