I am within between Panasonic Lumix FX33 and Canon Ixus 950. which is better for w/o flash dark shots & overall?

I just want to know if the Mega OIS contained by panasonic is really that that good or is it overrated...

appreciation

Answers:    Well the Panasonic does have the skill to shoot at a higher ISO, two stops over the Canon, but the Canon have a lager sensor, higher pixel count on the sensor and IS (Image Stabilization). When cameras don't enjoy a viewfinder, IS is imperative if shooting in low fluffy. Holding any camera at arms length causes camera movement. Strictly speaking any camera that have no viewfinder is not suitable for shooting in low restrained, handheld.
