The put somebody through the mill is how much do you want to pay? Unless you want to income for features you probably won't use, you probably want an entry level point and shoot camera. There are plentifully of good ones out near. Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Sony, Fuji, Kodak, and a whole bunch I'm forgetting.
I've be happy near the Fujfilm Finepix F10. If your price range is just about $150 get one. If you'd a bit spend $400, get the F50.
Maybe you don't want to spend more than $150 for your camera, after Canon Powershot A560 is good for you.
