My mom bought be the L11 abroad, all the same it had a book surrounded by Spanish. I called Nokia here and they said I can't return with the English version & that I dont enjoy the "promised" 2 years world warranty... only contained by SPAIN.... is this true? Where can I get the English book and how do I accomplish customer support via EMAIL.

I think you imply Nikon Coolpix L11, as Nokia doesn't make an L11 digital camera. Anyways, you can download the English encyclopaedia from the link below.
