Sony DSC-H7 or DSC-W80?
The DSC-H7 has a 15x optical zoom and singular 2x digital zoom.
The DSC-W80 has lone a 3x optical zoom and a 6x digital zoom. Which is more important?
I realize the size/shape/weight between cameras are different, but this doesn't event to me. Also, I realize there is almost a $100 difference in price- this doesn't issue to me either. I lately want to know which is a better buy. Any suggestions?
Answers: The highest optical zoom would be the choice.
Digital zoom is freshly cropping on the sensor. Not the preferred way to take tight inby the side of a subject .I have however to understand why companies who know better, still include that aspect.
There are plenty of other features the H7 that are better than the W80 ... faster high shutter speed and a more powerful flash are two of them.

The merely drawback, is the Memory card used by Sony. It is propriatary and can only used by other Sony products
the H7 will administer you alot more for the money
spend the money now and you won't apologize for later
