A 'good' camera? Please sustain me find one!?

I know NOTHING about cameras, but I would similar to to buy a 'good' camera that isn't so expensive; $80.00 is my max. However, I can't find one online because I don't know how to 'look' for one, meaning whether or not it's fruitless or not.

Please help!

Thanks!

I can't really recommend a camera contained by that price range.....they adjectives stink in in some way.

But I can suggest you spend a few extra bucks on a better cam.
I promise you, if you buy a cheapie you'll be replacing it within a year, save six months.....

Also, I would stay away from any no name brand.
Look for Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Kodak, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, Sony, even Samsung or HP.
Google the brands and look for reviews.

as are http://dcresource.com/ , http://www.pcmag.com/category2/0,2806,5,... and http://www.pcworld.com/ic/cameras/

Avoid Casio, crummy photos.
Olympus is a good brand, but can be pricey. Might be worth it to hang on to an eye on eBay to see if any good deal on unused cameras turn up. I've gotten good stuff (like an Olympus voice recorder) from at hand for much cheaper, yet still bright.
