I enjoy a samsung digital camera,and a visioneer 7300 usb scanner,and i call for to know how to hook them up?

my camera comes with a usb cord does my scanner and camera hold to be hooked up at the same time? i am confused,because my computer solitary has two spots one is settled by the cord to my mouse ,and the other is where my scanner is hooked up.so how excatly do i do this,because i stipulation to upload some photos
