Infrared light is invisible to human eyes. Try using a TV remote within a dark room. To an IR beneficiary, it looks like a flashlight, but it does nought for human eyes.
Most digital cameras however have other sources of distinct light. Rear eyeshade, flash, red-eye reduction lights, "go" lights and status lights.

I would think because of the diffused residual outsource but then again it would be a double filter with conceivably slightly different tints,could cause the pic to become even dark than without the infer-ed lens
I really do not judge that it will light up. Even if it did, the pale wouldn't effect the developing pictures in the darkroom anyway.

As long as the LEDS merely produce infrared light, the answer is no, they wouldn't see it lighting up.
If the LEDS produce both perceptible and infrared light, afterwards it would be visible.
It looks resembling these are infrared LEDs, but you need to know a few things:
1) the descriptions will be in B&W if it's darkened and you're using infrared.
2) they're out of stock
3) it's generally immoral to video people surrounded by a private area lacking their consent or some kind of see.
