I bought the "Premium" in the order of 9 months ago and it did NOT come with free Xbox Live.

All I did be create a new statement every time the old one run out and I got tons of free accounts.
No, you must settle. You will get a one month subsrciption something 360 pack you buy. but once that month is over, you must pay for the gold ingots membership
