I conjecture my PS3 Is used when I bought it fresh?

I bought it at bestbuy for the full "New" Price yesturday and I think it is used? The Sticker to unseal it was peel off kinda, and wasnt so sticky, The box isnt surrounded by great condition eaither, it is damaged to an extent., and some characteristics of my ps3 made me concerned? Is it? Or am I merely parinoid that since I spent $500 on it that I expect it to be better than perfect


Answers:    No, Best Buy is NOT allowed to go used Playstation 3's. It's against company policy. They are required to report them back to Sony.

The foundation the sticker wasn't sticky is because Best Buy orders them next to papers attached under that sticker, so it is easier for them to inventory. They enjoy to peel the newspaper out from under the sticker, and to be precise why it looks 'damaged.'
