How do I take ROMS for an n64 emulator, and how does the emulator work.?
Answers: Ok first of all if you dont already enjoy an emulator, download one called Project64 from the association below. There are many sites that allow you to download ROM files such as romhustler.web and www.emuparadise.org/roms/n64/. After you have downloaded the Project 64 newly install it and oopen it then progress file and friendly rom or smthing like that. Navigate to the directory where on earth u had downloaded the team game you want and select open. The window will then play the hobby. Try looking through the program and finding settings that will allow you to change key and that
as far as I have see ROM's for good games are rather hard to find. Google is your best bet. Sorry Yahoo.
You can download Roms beside limewire. just prod under programs and you can find a folder with up to 100 and more games within it.
To use the emulator: when the roms are downloaded change the program they interested with to the emulator thats it.
Also dont forget PROJECT 64 is emulate a 93mhz machine near very tricky to emulate hardware.
You will need at most minuscule a 450mhz cpu, and definetely a direct3d compatible graphics card. Goldeneye is slow on anything under 1.2ghz athlon to put it into perspective. Some games wont work at adjectives aswell. As a retro gaming reviewer for youtube i have plentifully of experience in tweaking emulators and the suchlike, and the 64 is a spasm in the *** lol. Have fun and as regard to downloading them, best place is warez and p2p but they is some rom sites out there but theres also plentifully of rom sites out there that are full of bulls**t, pop ups, have to vote etc. Good luck
