Can i play a U.K activity that have Pal on a U.S modded PS2 near no problem?

ok ive read thru some Q & A's and learned a lil just about the difference in games from the U.K and U.S..but very soon heres another question..if the U.K team game uses PAL and the U.S uses NTSC would i still be able to play the U.K hobby on my modded U.S PS2 with no problems?...i obligation a solution so i can get that (Bboy) team game already
