yes you competent to do it and it not that hard any. what i suggest you do is go to gandalf "youtube" video and it show every step on how to swing your harddrive. But like I said it really simple and it doesn't bear long just remember previously changing it out to gather your memory on a usb port or something so you don't lose everything......
u can't add firm drive but u can change frozen drive largest memory on internal hard drive is 250 gb largest external thorny drive 650gb.
