Did you get a guarentee on the playstation 2?? When did you achieve it?? Because I bought mine with a 2 year guarentee, or one year, i'm not sure presently, because it was a while ago. If you are still surrounded by your guarentee, try and find your reciept for it, and take it posterior to the place you bought it from.
if you can't find your reciept, or out of your guarentee, then put on the market it on eBay, or Amazon. Sometimes, there are Auctions on ebay where on earth you can win or buy a fix it yourself thing, or something.
