I got my xbox 360 for xmas and until today its be working fine. All i did was unpack the materials plugged everything up together approaching normal i turned on my xbox and the it turns bad without the ring of lights ever lighting up and my power supply have a red light on it. I googlrd this up and the simply things I come up with, is putting my power supply contained by a higher place, or plug it surrounded by to a outlet and so i did and still the same entity happend so any help near this would be wonderful. P.S some ppl say that if my xbox 360 freezes u own to do some certain entity but my xbox doesnt really start up so y tell me this.
Answers: Call the phone number within the manual for the methodical support/help. Only they can give you the correct answer. We can adjectives guess what the issue is. They can tell you & probably describe you how to correct the problem or have you communication it to them to fix or replace. As, im sure its still under warrenty since you mentioned you get it for Christmas.
That's why you should never have gotten a Xbox360, its hardware failure's are extremely disturbing but anyways try to appointment customer support because I dont think you fix it yourself.
