for know at hand is no downgrader for FW 3.71 but u can get a Pandora's freestyle at target or an electronics store and downgrade it that way
i hold no idea what the other those were chitchat about.
the ONLY downgrader for 3.71 is the pandora freestyle. You cant buy the pandora battery at walmart!
to take home the pandora battery you want a custom firmware enabled psp. If you dont have one, they market the batteries and mem sticks on ebay for $50. (you requirement both the battery and mem stick)
