Answers: its a great spectator sport for kids cuz you get to create your own sim and personalize him/her and base on that, you help other sims create their houses and backing build a 1 star town to a 5 star town! I'm pretty sure your brother will enjoy this spectator sport since he can build stuff and explore things. Very fun.
Well, its a matter of judgment really but I personally reckon that The Sims games are best on the computer. I have tried them on different consoles and whenever they fashion games for other platforms besides the computer, they are never as good. However some culture prefer console versions because they play games on Wii or PSP or doesn`t matter what and that feels more unprocessed to them. If your brother already has the sims computer games, the console text will probably frustrate him because its not as good.
