Answers: Yes, once you fill up adjectives the lots in the desert and the forrest, thats surrounded by. To fill up the star importance of your town so you can reach 5 star, move contained by commercial sims only. They boost up star good point more than the normal ones. You can update if the sims are commercial because they usually look very different than the other sims. ANyways, if you already used up adjectives your lots, you can choose to "kick out" non-commercial sims so you can move within new commercial ones. TO do this, walk to the sim's house you want to kick out and dance to their mail box. Then, click the odds "kick sim out" and the sim will be gone. You will enjoy a new abandon lot to move in someone else.
this happen to me too. once you have the desert and forest completely unlocked, here aren't any more lots. i had to move out a residential Sim, resembling one who just have a house, and move in a commercial Sim who owned a business. businesses give more star value than a house because you hold to do all of those tasks for them.
