Psp analog stick is jammed?

well, lately, when im playing a activity that moves with the analog stick, it keep pushing up. when i try to use the stick and push down, nothing happen.

i tried taking it apart, and even withought the analog stick, it keeps moving down.

i know its not the d-pad, becuase that works fine.
