PS3 Major HELP.?

I forgot my password for my email to sign in to my information, I sent it in for repair.
I forgot the birthdate I enter, also I forgot the security answer.

Is near anyway I can restore my password.
Or have it sent to my email?

I can't create a unusual account, because I enjoy online saves on that, consequently if I do create a new one, I'll lose adjectives that I have worked for =(

Please HELP.


Answers:    all right I don't have a PS3 however but I plan on getting it some time soon, but by you saying you forgot the birthdate, I would asume that ability you did not put in your tangible birthdate, which I advise you to do subsequent time lol

There's a 'forgot my password' way out when you try and log-in. Not sure what it does, so finger's crossed.
Otherwise, it's a call to Sony.
