What are the Pros & Cons of buying a X-Box 360?

Im 99% sure i want one, just wondering what you guys (and girls) thought.

Answers:    PROS:
Low price:
The Xbox 360 starts at in recent times $279.99.. only $30 more than the Wii..

Expandability:
This is one which some others enjoy as a Con but here is why it is a Pro:
Sure the Xbox 360 doesn’t come with a wireless adapter or a HD-DVD drive or even a knotty drive if you purchase the cheapest bundle but it SHOULDN’T.. not everyone wants to view high def movies on their spectator sport system.. not everyone has a wireless net.. why should you have to income extra to buy a bunch of stuff which you may have no use for? On the Xbox you buy just what you want.. you get to start beside a low price and add merely the accessories you obligation.. there is no difference between the mixed Xbox 360 consoles.. the only difference between the Arcade ($279) and the Elite ($449) is the color and the bundled trimmings.. if you bought the Arcade today you could buy all the bits and pieces and end up beside the same functionality of the Elite if you approved later you looked-for it.. the PS3 does NOT offer you this flexibility.. if you buy the spanking new 40GB PS3 (which has NO PS2 backwards compatibility) and prefer later you want the features of the 60GB PS3 (full hardware backwards compatibility) your solely option is to buy a integral new system.. I would fairly be able to buy exactly what I want a bit than be forced to buy an overpriced bloated package near no flexibility..

The Most Games:
For now the Xbox have the best library of must have games.. Halo 3.. Bioshock.. Mass Effect.. the PS3 doesn't hold many games at adjectives and many of the ones it does are multi-platform where on earth the Xbox 360 version is better (Madden have twice the frame rate on the Xbox and GTA IV will have exclusive downloadable content single for the Xbox 360)

Types of Games:
This is one of the points which really differentiates the Xbox 360 from the Wii.. the Wii has greatly of games coming out right now but most of them appear like they are any casual delegation games or aimed at young children.. for more contained by depth action style games the Xbox is where on earth you want to be..

Online:
Xbox Live is the best online service.. they have be building on their service since the original Xbox.. PS3's online isn't in attendance yet although they hold on to promising in the adjectives sometime its going to be good.. the Wii online feel like an afterthought..

CONS:
Online:
You do enjoy to pay for Xbox Live but its one of those 'you draw from what you pay for' situations.. I would a bit pay 14 cents a sunshine for an awesome online experience..

RRoD:
In the recent past heaps people complained of a condition call Red Ring of Death (RRoD).. RRoD is a sort of general hardware ruin.. Microsoft is aware of the problem and says that they hold a solution.. The new Xboxes on Dutch auction now hold a new heatsink configuration which should drop off the risk of getting the RRoD.. Also, the Xbox 360 is currently undergoing a hardware revision.. A contemporary chipset codenamed Falcon is being released.. The tentative chips run cooler and will help eat up hardware failures on Xbox 360s.. (link below for Falcon info).. So deeply when you shop for your Xbox look at the sticker on the side for 'Lot #' you want the biggest number you can find.. I was at Target yesterday and they have mostly Lot # 0737.. anything above 0730 should be safe.. shoot for 0735+ if you want the strange Falcon chips..
I was going to draw from the 360, but got a wii instead. I a short time ago like the type of games on the wii more. Anyway, the 360 is fairly expensive and so are the games. Although there are markedly good ones. There are some extras things you may obligation to buy, like controllers etc.
If you really similar to the sort of games on there (rpg, experience, shooting etc.) i'd reccomned getting it, but seeing if you can afford games and accesories.
